1.India Pavilion Launched at Cop 23 in Bonn, Germany. 
India Pavilion has launched in the 23rd Conference of Parties (COP23) of                the the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) at the Bonn, Germany. India’s Theme for the 23rd Conference of Parties (COP23) is “Conserving Now, Preserving Future”.

This year India’s Pavilion will focuses on India’s progressive climate action in adaptation, mitigation, clean technology innovation and renewable energy.

 India’s pavilion at COP 21(Paris) and COP 22(Marrakesh) has focused on climate change linked actions with the theme of “Climate Justice and Sustainable Lifestyles” 

2.Proxima centauri may host More Planets. 
Astronomers said that Proxima Centauri may host more planets, as they have detected belts of cold dust surrounding Proxima centauri. This indicated that it not only have planet Proxima b, discovered in 2016, it may also a home to many more objects like asteroids, planets.

It was observed by the Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA) Observatory in Chile .

Proxima Centauri is the closest star to Earth apart from sun which is located just 4-light years from Earth.

3.More migratory bird reach Nelapattu Bird sanctuary compare to last year. 
More than 3216 Migratory bird reach Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary this year. Last year it was very less due to insufficient rainfall .  This year both South-west and North-east monsoon bring enough rain to this region which caused more birds to reach sanctuary.

Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary is located in Nellore District , Andhra Pradesh.
  
4.Hasmukh Adhia appointed as new finance secretary.. 

Hasmukh Adhia has appointed as new finance secretary of Ministry of Finance will replaces Ashok Lavassa.
