1.India voted against the move to link gender equality in trade. 
At the World Trade Organisation’s 11th Ministerial Meeting held at Buenos Aires, Argentina, India voted against the move to link gender equality in Trade. India said that even though it strongly support gender equality but it will not agree that gender is related with trade related issue.

The declaration was initiated by Iceland and Sierra Leone along with International Trade center.
It was supported by 119 WTO Member out of total 164 member countries.

WTO said that the declaration will help to boost Women participation in trade and will get better paid jobs for women , which helps to boost the countries overall economy.


2.India and Morocco signed cooperation in healthcare. 
India and Morocco has signed memorandum of Understanding for enhanced cooperation in Healthcare sector.

The cooperation’s are in non-communicable diseases and communicable diseases, Drug Regulation and Pharmaceutical quality control, Maternal, child and neonatal health services, Hospital linking for exchange of good practices and administration and management training in health services.

3.Cabinet approves establishment of International Training Centre for Operational Oceanography in Hyderabad.
Union Cabinet has given its nod for establishing International  Training Centre for Operational Oceanography as category 2 center of UNESCO in Hyderabad.


4.Cabinet approves India and Colombia agriculture and fisheries agreement.
Union Cabinet has given its nod for signing Memorandum of understanding between India and Colombia in the field of Agriculture and fisheries.

5.Prime Minister dedicate 60 MW Tuitial Hydroelectric Power Project in Mizoram
Prime Minister Narendra Modi Dedicated 60 MW Tuitial Hydroelectric power project built in Mizoram to Nation.
