1.IBBI inks MoU with RBI. 

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has signed  a memorandum of understanding  with the Reserve Bank of India on cooperation for an effective implementation of the Bankruptcy Code.

2.Tribunal to solve Mahanadi Water dispute 

• Union Government has formed Mahanadi Water Dispute Tribunal to solve the long standing issue on water sharing between Odisha & Chhattisgarh.
• It was formed under Section 4 of Inter-State River Water Disputes Act, 1956. 

3.Chennai corporation sign MoU with Brussels.

Chennai Corporation will sign Memorandum of Understanding with City of Brussels to develop innovative civic aspects relating to smart city, urban planning and solid waste management.

4.Mirzapur Solar Power Plant 

• Indian Prime Minister and French President Emmanuel Macron jointly inaugurated the Uttar Pradesh’s largest solar power plant in Mirzapur.
• It has capacity of 75 MW and was built with the help of  France.

5.Pre-Iron age Artefacts 

Pre-Iron Age artefacts excavated in Jalalpur village of Cuttack district in Odisha.

Union Commerce Minister has taken additional charge of Ministry of Civil Aviation.
