1.WIPO Copyright , WIPO Performance and Phonograms treaty. 

• Union Cabinet has given its nod for accession to the WIPO Copyright and WIPO Performers and Phonograms Treaty which extends coverage of copyright to the internet and digital environment.
• These treaties will help enable right holders enjoy the fruit of their labour through international copyright. 

2..4 species in Recovery Programme 

The National Board for Wildlife has given approval for including 4 species in the recovery programme for critically endangered species.

Northern River Terrapin (riverine turtle), Red Panda, Clouded Leopard and Arabian Sea Humpback Whale are the four Species.

3.Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Kishore Airport. 

Union Cabinet has given its nod for renaming Agartala Ariport as ‘Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Kishore Airport, Agartala, Tripura.

4.SAMBAL Scheme 

Madhya Pradesh Government has launched subsidies power scheme for labour and poor families named as SAMBAL Scheme.
