    1. we just know the number of questions approximately attempted, from that we cannot predict the cut off... very difficult to predict cut off...

      there is no negative mark so everyone might have attempted all 125 questions

      even if i create a poll to predict tnpsc group 2 mains cut off everyone will vote 125 questions attempted..., it will be useless

      suggest any innovative ideas if you have

  7. ITS ALL NOT AS WE THINK, THE DAY WAS VERY HARD FOR MOST OF THE TAMIL MEDIUM PEOPLE WHO IS NOT MUCH AWARE OF COMPUTER OPERATION.....BEST EXAMPLE ,HAPPENED WITH ME, MY CENTER WAS BHARATHIYAR WOMENS ENG COLLEGE ATTUR.... IN MY ROW TOTAL 5 CANDIDATES INCLUDING ME , THING HAPPENED WAS OUT OF 5 , THREE PPL DOESN'T KNOW TO USE MOUSE AND TO PRESS ALT+E , WHERE ONE DIN COMPLETE ALL 125 QUESTION , OTHER 2 THEY COMPLETED 125 QUESTIONS BUT SAD TO SAY THEY DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A REVIEW OPTION TRU WHICH THEY CAN REVIEW THE QUESTIONS LATER , HERE THEY FAILED TO CHECK AND REVIEW WHICH WAS NEEDED AND MISSED OUT TO CORRECT MINIMUM OF 10 QUESTIONS. MANY SUFFERED IN VILLAGE SIDE WITH OUT KNOWING TO USE MOUSE OR LACK OF SPEED, I HELPED THE GIRL NEXT TO ME AS SHE CRIED A LOT THAT SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO HOLD MOUSE AND SHE WAS MOVING THE MOUSE IN AIR AND ASKING ME WHY THE CURSOR IS NOT MOVING (NOTE: SHE RANKED 21 ST IN GROUP 4 HELD IN 2013. SO ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO PREDICT THIS TIME , LEAVE IT TO FATE . OUT OF 11000+ MINIMUM 2000 WOULD HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WITH MOUSE... (THIS IS JUST MY OPINION 3 OUT OF 5 SUFFERED)

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yep. Around 210 should be safe though there will be heavy competition. Some people didn't write the exams in my centre. I guess they became too fed up with the govt. system. Even in my hall, the person sitting next to me didn't even know how to enter his reg. no. and date of birth. When I tried to help him, my exam invigilator came and said that he will help him as it might seem suspicious if I helped him(?!). Lot many didn't know that they can change their options after reviewing it for the second time. The questions were easy but many people suffered coz of their lack in computer knowledge which is sad.

  69. THE REAL GROUND SITUATION;;

    MOST OF THE NON-COMPUTER GRADUATES, VILLAGE CANDIDATES WERE STRUGGLING WITH CBT. IT'S TRUE. IMPACTED PERFORMANCE, THOUGH THEY ARE WELL PREPARED.
    MOST CENTERS WERE NOT PROPERLY EQUIPPED.... SO CANDIDATES BECAME TENSED...
    MOST CENTERS WERE LOCATED IN REMOTE AREAS... FINDING THAT PLACES HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM FOR CANDIDATES....
    INTERRUPTION... SHUT DOWN OF SYSTEM HAPPENED... TIME WASTED..
    ESSAY PATTERN FOR 50 MARK INSTEAD OF OPTIONAL PATTERN...
    MORE DIRECT-LIKE-INDIRECT QUESTIONS FOR TWISTING...

    TOUGHER BOTANY ZOOLOGY QUESTIONS..
    YEAR RELATED QUESTIONS MORE
    MORE CANDIDATES HAVE NOT VERIFIED ANSWER BECAUSE CBT....THEY ARE BEING MORE CONFIDENT WHEN THEY VERIFY ANSWER THEY WILL KNOW REAL PERFORMANCE.. BUT REAL SITUATION IS;
    DUE TO THE ABOVE SAID REASONS;; ANY CANDIDATE WHO SCORE ABOVE 200 MARKS (CBT+ESSAY) WILL BE ONE OF TOP 500.

All the candidates appeared for the CBT exam had already proved their knowledge by clearing the group 2 prelims... even candidates from cities, not familiar to use computer will feel difficult...
