    • It is an investment scheme relaunched by the central government.
    • Under this scheme the investors can invest amount in denominations of Rs 1000, Rs 5000 and Rs 50000 without any upper ceiling limit and no tax benefits.
    • The amount will double in 100 months that is 8 years and 4 months with a lock in period of 2 years and 6 months (30 months).
  • Rajasthan government has planned to introduce self attestation of documents while dealing with government agencies from January 1, 2015.
