TNPSC Motor Vehicle Inspector 2018 - How to Apply? 

TNPSC has published the notification for the TNPSC Motor Vehicle Inspector 2018 grade II recently. In this post we will see in detail the New application process to be followed for Applying Online for the Post of Motor Vehicle Inspector 2018.


HOW TO APPLY

1. Applicants should apply only through online mode in the Commission’s Websites
• http://www.tnpsc.gov.in /

2. One-Time Registration (OTR) and applicant Dashboard are mandatory before applying for any post. Applicant should register only once in the One-Time Registration by paying Rs.150/- as Registration fee. Successfully registered One-Time Registration is valid for 5 years from the date of Registration. All the applications should be submitted using the One-Time Registration ID and password registered by the applicant. 
3. For applying in One-Time Registration, the applicants should have scanned image of their photograph (certificate wherever insisted) and signature in CD/DVD/Pen Drive to upload the photo, certificate and signature.
4. Applicants who have already registered in One-Time Registration on or before 29.09.2015 shall use their existing user ID and Password to create applicant Dashboard in the new One-Time Registration system. No applicant is permitted to create more than one registration ID in One- Time Registration.
5. Applicants should enter the Unique ID and password to view the already available information and update them.
6. One-Time Registration is not an application for any post. It is just a collection of information from the applicants and giving a separate dashboard to each applicant to facilitate them to maintain their own profile. Applicant who wishes to apply for any post shall click “Apply” against the post Notified in the Commission’s Website and use the same USER ID and PASSWORD given for ONE-TIME REGISTRATION. 
7. Applicants are required to upload their photograph, experience certificate and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature. 
8. An Online application submitted and uploaded without the photograph, experience certificate, signature and other copies of certificates will be rejected.
9. All the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Post applied, Educational / Preferential qualifications, Experience, Communal category, Date of Birth, Address, Email ID, Centre of Examination etc. will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after the last date specified for applying online. Since certain fields are firm and fixed and cannot be edited, applicants are requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care and caution as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.
10. Print Option
• a) After submitting the application, applicants can print / save their application in PDF format. 
• b) On entering user ID and password, applicants can download their application and print
11. One-Time Registration will not be considered as an application for any post.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

1. The candidates must send copies of all the required documents mentioned in Annexure-IV of the notification along with print out of online application, either by post or in person on or before 25.03.2018. 
2. The name of the post, Notification No. and the Notification date should be mentioned clearly on the envelope. 
3. If the required certificates are not received in time, the online application will be summarily rejected without any further notice.

UPLOAD OF DOCUMENTS

1. The applicants should upload the Certificate of Experience in the format in Annexure–II referred to in paragraph 6(B) of the Notification in PDF format while applying online. If the required certificate is not uploaded and if the certificate uploaded by the applicant is not clear and not readable, the application will be rejected without any further notice.

LAST DATE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATION

1. The Online Application can be submitted upto 13.03.2018 till 11.59 p.m., after which the link will be disabled. The copies of Certificates should be submitted on or before 25.03.2018 5.30 pm
2. The Print out of online Application along with copies of supportive documents for all claims should be sent to the Commission’s office so as to reach the office on or before 25.03.2018 5.30 p.m.

• Write your Name, Register Number, name of the exam applying for in the back side of the DD

What are the things you should send for Group 2 Mains 2016 ?

1. DD for Rs.100 (if no fee exemption claimed)
2. Copy of the memo sent by TNPSC

• Last Date that the Application Should reach - June 10, 2016
• Attach Demand Draft (also have a xerox copy with you).
• Write your Name, Register Number, name of the exam applying for at the backside of the DD

Candidates should take a DD for Rs. 125 from any nationalized bank if favour of

" Secretary,  Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Chennai - 3"

payable at Chennai Treasury Branch, Thousand Light, Chennai.


Annexure - II

• Annexure II is only for those who have opted for the Posts of DSP.
• You can get this attested from the Medical officer (Assistant Surgeon rank or above) from the Primary Health Centre near you.
• To find the Primary Health Centre near you, Just Google it. 

Important Note:

• Last Date that the Application Should reach - May 17, 2016
• Don't forget to sign the declaration in Annexure I.
• Self Attest All the documents.
• Attach Demand Draft (all have a xerox copy with you).
• Latest Conduct Certificate should be obtained on or after 10.7.2015
