• Supreme Court Issued Warrant against a HC Judge
• The Supreme Court issued warrant against the sitting High court Judge of Calcutta, Justice C S Karnan.
• This is for the first time that the sitting judge has been issued a bailable warrant.
• TN not to register Marshland Property
• In order to discourage the encroachments in the marshland, the TN Govt has informed that marshland property will not be registered by the Registration Department.
