1.Ex Samvedna. 

• A Multilateral Air Force exercise named Ex Samvedna to be conducted by Southern Air Command from March 12^th -17 2018.
• Samvedna means Empathy 

2.IREDA sign loan agreement with EIB. 

• Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) Ltd and European Investment Bank (EIB) has signed a loan of Euro 150 Million for Renewable Energy Financing in India. 
• The agreement signed with aim of providing clean energy to 1 million Indian Households.

3.Agreements between India and France. 

There are 14 agreements signed between India and France during the France President Emmanuel Macron visit to India.

• Russia successfully launches hypersonic missile called Kinzhal Missile.
• It has a range of 2000 km and it can travel 10 times the speed of sound 

5.Sultan Azlan Shah Cup 2018 

• Australian Mens hockey team wins Sultan Azlan Shah Cup 2018 beating England .
• Sultan Azlan Shah Cup hockey tournament held annually in Malaysia on remembrance of late king Sultan Azlan Shah.
• Australia has won 10 times and India won the title 4 times and 1 time shared with South Korea. 

6.John Sulston

• Noble Prize winning British Scientist John Sulston died at the age 75.
• He won Nobel Prize in 2002 for his work revealing how genes control cell division and cell death in organisms.
