1.Operation Insaniyat: 

•  India sends second relief consignment for displaced Rohingyas in Bangladesh under the operation Insaniyat to help Bangladesh.
• It will contain basic relief material consists of daily requirements like rice, pulses, sugar, salt, cooking oil, ready to eat meals,etc

 2.Rythu Bandhu Scheme: 

• Telangana government has launched investment support scheme for farmers under the name Rythu Bandhu (Farmers Friend).
• As per the scheme every farmers who own land will get Rs 8,000 per acre per year as Crop investment support. 

3.Atal Tinkering Marathon: 

• Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) of NITI Aayog’s  Atal Tinkering Marathon to showcase top 30 innovation.
• ATL Marathon is an 6 month long challenge across six different thematic areas, namely, clean energy, water resources, waste management, healthcare, smart mobility and agri-tech to identify the Country’s best student Innovators. 

4.National Technology Day – May 11 

• India celebrates National Technology day on May 11 to remember the pokhran test held on May 11 1998 also the indigenous aircraft "Hansa-3" was test flown on same day.
• The theme of 2018 is “Science and Technology for a Sustainable Future”. 

5.Bangabandhu -1: 

Bangladesh’s first communication satellite Bangabandhu -1 to be launched by NASA’s  SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket.
