About the Discovery:
  • Discovery explain how plants, animals and humans adapt their biological rhythm so that it is synchronized with the Earth's revolutions.”
  • They are able to peek inside our biological clock and elucidate how life adopts to the 24-hour cycle of the day.

  • For example biological clock inside regulates activities like sleeping, waking up, eating, regulating hormones, temperature and more throughout the day.
